These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelHoly website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReelHoly helps churches and ministry teams turn sermon recordings into shareable video clips. The Service includes video and audio upload, transcription, clip generation, editing tools, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of sermon videos, audio, clips, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ReelHoly a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use User Content, including any sermon recordings, music, images, or other materials contained therein.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate church or ministry communication.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ReelHoly and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated clips or transcripts will be accurate or suitable for every use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelHoly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
